Russellville Utilities has set up a new Customer Portal and a Mobile App that are simple to use, secure and convenient. It’s easy to pay online with your credit or debit card or using your checking or savings account. Our new Customer Portal and Mobile App provide services that customers find helpful, such as Autopay enrollment, bill history, account notifications and more. You can manage your utility account, check your balance or due date, or pay your bill.
